PM Modi to address public meeting in Rudrapur on April 2 ahead of LS polls

Rudrapur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address a public gathering in Rudrapur, located in the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar Lok Sabha constituency, on April 2. Confirming the news, BJP’s State General Secretary, Aditya Kothari, stated that preparations for the Prime Minister’s rally are already underway. The event is scheduled for 12 noon.

 

This announcement comes amidst BJP’s active preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The party is gearing up for a formidable campaign, with PM Modi’s presence expected to energize their supporters. PM Modi’s previous visits to Uttarakhand during the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections had a significant impact on the political landscape. His upcoming visit is anticipated to further intensify the political atmosphere in the region.

 

In what is shaping up to be a closely watched contest, Union Minister of State Ajay Bhatt will face off against Congress candidate Prakash Joshi for the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar Lok Sabha seat.
