A new township named ‘Alliance Manchester’ is being developed in the Udham Singh Nagar district headquarters of Rudrapur, drawing considerable attention from prospective homeowners. Spanning an area of 30 acres, this eco-conscious township aims to combine modern living with environmental sustainability.
Alliance Manchester is designed with various green initiatives, including an eco-friendly drainage system, a water treatment plant, and a rainwater harvesting system. These features aim to replenish groundwater and promote responsible water usage.
Special emphasis is being placed on greenery within the township to counteract the rising global temperatures. A diverse array of trees such as peepal, pakkad, neem, sheesham, jamun, mango, and peach are being planted. These trees not only provide clean air and fruits to the residents but also enhance the township’s aesthetic appeal with the addition of palash and harsingar trees.
The township plans to accommodate around 550 houses, and interest has surged since its announcement. Utilizing modern technology, Alliance Manchester ensures power backup and top-notch security. A boundary wall and CCTV cameras at strategic points, starting from the main gate, along with 24/7 armed security personnel, will safeguard the residents.
Residential plot bookings have begun in the first phase, with an overwhelming response from buyers. Inspired by this success, the developers plan to commence bookings for villas and commercial plots in the second phase shortly.

The layout plan of Alliance Manchester has been approved by the District Development Authority of Udham Singh Nagar and RERA. Essential pipelines for sewerage, rainwater drainage, and drinking water have already been laid.
The project includes plans for a school, nursing home, shopping center, gym, and yoga center, providing a comprehensive lifestyle for residents. Its strategic location near the railway station, bus stop, market, and Pantnagar airport enhances its appeal.
Suman Sharma, one of the early plot buyers, shared her excitement: “Living in Alliance Manchester will be a dream come true. The combination of modern amenities and a green environment is exactly what we were looking for.”
Another buyer, Rajiv Mehta, remarked, “The township’s eco-friendly approach and excellent security measures convinced us to invest here. It’s the perfect place to raise our family.”
