Eldeco Raisina Estate, Rudrapur’s promising new residential project, hosted a vibrant ‘Sunday Funday’ program today, attracting residents from Rudrapur, Gadarpur, Kichha, Haldwani, and nearby towns. The event saw enthusiastic participation and offered a day filled with entertainment, competitions, and cultural programs.
The initiative aimed to foster community engagement while showcasing the rapid progress of the project, which began in August 2024. Eldeco Vice President Sandeep Chawla shared an update on the ongoing development, stating, “Eighty percent of the sewer line and drainage work has been completed. Construction of villas, roads, gates, water lines, STP, and affordable housing units is progressing swiftly. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality project on time, meeting the aspirations of our buyers.”
The event featured several engaging activities, including games and competitions, which drew enthusiastic participation. Mehndi styling for women was a standout attraction, with a large crowd gathered for the activity. Winners of various competitions were honored, adding to the festive spirit. Cultural performances added a colorful touch to the day.
Eldeco Raisina Estate is Eldeco Group’s first venture in Rudrapur, following the successful completion of over 200 projects across 20 cities in seven states. The project, approved by the local authority and RERA, is strategically located near the railway station, with seamless connectivity to the ring road, highways, and Pantnagar airport.
Designed to cater to middle and upper-class families, the project spans 30 acres along the Rudrapur-Dehradun National Highway and promises modern amenities, including parks, clubs, swimming pools, a sports complex, and shopping centers. “We are developing this residential colony on the lines of Lutyens Delhi, providing affordable yet luxurious homes,” added Chawla. The project is expected to be completed by 2027.
Attendees lauded the initiative and the progress of the project. Nisha Sharma, a resident of Haldwani, remarked, “The pace of development here is remarkable. It’s exciting to see such a modern project taking shape in Rudrapur.” Similarly, Rudrapur-based businessman Rajesh Gupta shared, “This project is a much-needed addition to our city. The connectivity and amenities offered here are unparalleled.”
Chawla further said, “Such community programs will continue in the future, fostering a sense of belonging among residents while we work towards completing the project.”
