Surjit Singh Grover, Chairman of the School Management Committee of Jaycees Public School Rudrapur and Chairman of Delhi Public School, was honoured with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award by the National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA). The award was presented by Yoga Guru Param Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji, who graced the ceremony as the chief guest, at the Radisson Hotel, Chandigarh. This recognition makes Grover the first individual from Uttarakhand to receive this accolade.
The ceremony celebrated Grover’s groundbreaking contributions to the field of education. Known for his relentless dedication and visionary leadership, Grover has played a pivotal role in shaping modern education in Uttarakhand. Under his stewardship, Delhi Public School Rudrapur has been ranked among the top 100 modern schools in India, exemplifying his commitment to fostering an enriching learning environment for students.
Speaking about the honour, Grover said, “This award is a reflection of the collective efforts of our dedicated staff, supportive parents, and brilliant students. I am humbled and inspired to continue working for the betterment of education.”
